Managing Director and Co-Founder
As the Managing Director of Inventive Consulting, Safaath oversees the company's execution strategy and operations, including business development and, instilling a culture of excellence and innovation.
Safaath is a seasoned business and financial consultant with a deep understanding in a variety of business and financial topics, including business strategy, investment planning, developing financial plans, tax planning and monitoring financial markets and economic conditions.
Safaath has worked extensively with clients from Asia, Europe and North America exploring investment opportunities in the Maldives, helping transform their businesses. Over the years, Safaath has developed successful branding, pricing and value strategies within the restaurant, hotel, specialty retail, grocery, and consumer packaged-goods sectors of the Maldives.
Safaath is also passionate about diversity and inclusion and is actively involved in the non-profit sector of the Maldives. For her work in the non-profit sector, Zahir received the Queen’s Young Leaders Award at Buckingham Palace in 2016, and in 2017 was named as one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Pioneering Women in Asia, and among the 17 UN Young Leaders for the Sustainable Development Goals.

With significant experience in business consultancy, she excels in crafting tailored strategies for organizations, particularly in the realms of sales and marketing.
